The website of the Dutch Pet Database [Nederlandse Databank Gezelschapsdieren] gives you the possibility to look for information of the pet's owner 24/7. This service is intended specifically for use by veterinarians and animal rescue staff.

NDG medallion

A medallion on your pet’s collar will tell the finder that your pet is NDG (Dutch Pet Database) registered. The telephone number and internet address of the NDG are clearly marked on the back of the medallion, so you can easily be traced as the owner and a quick reunion is guaranteed.
